If true, it is about damn time.
My sister in the UK has a regular C7.5 A6 avant and it is great. Would work a lot better in the US than the A4 based. Bigger inside and all that.
That said, if the RS6 avant is indeed headed over here, depending on what price looks like, I'll be trying to buy it!
Would love an RS6 wagon, but unless I win the lottery or my boss decides to double my salary, it's not happening. Still, I'd be happy if they bring it over and they sell, even if it's just to hopefully, pave the way for more wagons.
If the rs6 comes here I will get one brand new.

A plug kit and a compressor can get me to eventual assistance. Or a good Samaritan. I'm not worried about warranty coverage because it would always remain as the factory designed. I'm to old and smart for the chipping stuff.
These will be coming out right when I'm finally getting set in my career and affording such a car might be nearly in reach... Question is, do I buy one of these or keep the Golf and buy a manual 992.1 GT3? around 2021-22??? (If I can even get an allocation.... probably won't).
Amazing that my 2 actual dream cars will be on sale in America for once... I can't believe we may get an RS6 Avant!!!
