Yes please, many disagree but the GTS is my favorite version of that car, just so...mmmmmmmm
Germans are white people. Look up #84 on the list of things white people like: Gear. Lots of Gear. We even have gear farkles over here. -Atomicalex

Upon my word I have had as much excitement on a car as in the air, especially since the R.F.C. have had women drivers. -James Byford McCudden

      Loved the NASA piece.

The whole Citroen thing felt so forced. Like something they thought was hilarious 15 years ago but really isn’t now.

The Grand Tour is great with historic bits and challenges/specials. The rest is meh I find.

First few episodes felt like Amazon requested them to do certain segments. But the rest of the season so far haven been really great, especially the serious segments.

That chase with the Pantera was like a movie scene. Did they hire extras just for that?

I didn't think we would ever see something like the good old days of Top Gear, but they managed to do it. I'm impressed.

Just do more cheap car challenges!

They really have gotten their game together.

First couple seasons were a little awkward while they searched for their groove, but they've found it.

      Happy it worked out.

A simple 30 min Saturday drive to the W-H, Capitol, Mall, monuments, museums, etc was "foreign" to them...and when I would tell my friends in class my parents took me to such-and-such in DC this past weekend, you would have thought i was talking about a visit to Mars. Crazy!

Go to a Calgary W-M in summer 2018 for a week's worth of supplies and it feels like it's 1983, maybe 1978.

This. I don't really care about seeing them drive $1m super cars. I'll never own one of those and don't really have any desire to. I'd rather see stuff about cars I could potentially own one day.

They need to drop pianos on cheap cars.

I like where they are at now, where they buy ~$10k cars, not just the absolute cheapest garbage they can find. The GTV6, the Wrangler, I like those challenges.

i'm happy they went to Detroit. James was actually on record in our local news saying that Detroit was one of the best cities in America.

Was he at gunpoint (again) when he said it?

But he is always spouting that something is the best when in reality it is crap. Isn't that part of his shtick?

Kinda disappointed in the choice of music for the Countach vs. Testarossa segment At least when they did it (Countach vs. Berinletta Boxer) in Top Gear, they featured tracks from New Order and A Flock of Seagulls.

80’s Supercars and fun hot hatches... so far it’s a very TCL-Friendly episode.

I guess Amazon does have a budget. Should have been Hammer.

I was flipping through Clarkson's Insta a few days ago after I caught a glimpse of him on vacation with his smokeshow girlfriend, and I saw his weird Polo GTI post. I thought "that's odd and out of place but whatever." Now I know.

James's unboxing video had 650k views when I checked last evening.

      That was a clever idea.

Yeah, his was the only "social" post I saw related to this episode. I liked watching Abbie struggling with the old supercars around that wet track, quite the clencher especially for how slow they were . I wonder what the condition of the tires/brakes were.
