This. This is what I need to know as well. Had the Clubsport S on my last car for all of a month before the car got totaled. It was sad.
Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?

Looks like side skirts are the same for 3 & 5 door

      Left: 5G0853855D 041
      Right: 5G0853856D 041

Also - looks like the front lip spoiler and rear diffuser are available through ECS.

This was a helpful thread so I figured I'd post results on it. Bought it through e-acca. Pretty easy install though the corners are slightly different.

Looks good. What's difficult about the corners? Doesn't fit right? I'd like it to look as oem as possible. No need to modify or cut or anything.

Nothing needs to be modified to fit. It's just a little different.

On each side of the stock piece, on the edges closest to the rear wheels, there are two screws that thread into a plastic insert (part # GM807509). I couldn't figure out a way to reuse those inserts with the TCR version. The mounting holes lined up perfectly, but without the inserts there was nothing for the original screws to thread into.

Either there is a TCR version of that insert or the bumper itself is a little different. I ended up just using some nuts and bolts I had with a dab of loctite. There are zero fitment issues, rattles, or anything else. I just think there is probably a more correct way to secure the corners.

Here is the edge of the stock piece:

      And here is the insert:

Oh okay. Good idea. How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

178.22 EUR shipped....so roughly $196. Took about a month and a half to get.

That's not expensive at all. The tcr spoiler itself is almost 300 bucks. Thought a splitter would be roughly that, if not more.

Do you have any pictures of the TCR diffuser before you fitted it. I'm curious as to why you couldn't reuse the inserts as I've just ordered one.

This seems to show the same opening area and 3 holes at the sides.
