Thread: eGolf maintenance cost? Any preferred VW Dealer?

I'd wonder where you take your e-Golf for 15K/45K (minor service) and 30K/60K (major service)?
Any idea how much did your VW dealer charge yours? It seems like it's not standard!

Find your closest VW Dealer that has certified high voltage technicians. i.e. the ones that have completed the training by VW and call them and ask.
      1. Are they trained in high voltage.
      2. What do they charge.

Seems simple but labor rates may vary by region and the fact the it is an e Golf I wouldn't let a technician who isn't trained touch one.

What do they do during these services? Cabin filter, lube the hinges, and rotate tires?

      LOL. Right?

Honestly these cars don't require any maintenance at a dealership.

Anything it will need can be handled by you including the cabin air filter.

      Check recalls here.

Bit of a sweeping statement. Since the rest of the car is still the same as a gas version, regular inspection and maintenance of the mechanicals is required. You could likely do it yourself, but that’s a decision on how much your time is worth.

Also... what you never want to hear a technician say, "What does this orange cable do?"
