Is this NOT something that is reasonable to consider when purchasing a vehicle?
If anyone was wondering what the chargers in WV are like.

There are actually four. Don't sell WV short (like that isn't hard )

      Waffle House!

I believe the one in Charleston is in an ok part of downtown near the convention center. Not too a far walk to either downtown proper or the slowly emerging hipster neighborhood of Elk City.

Either way, make sure you get some Pepperoni Rolls for your trip and make sure to listen to some Country Roads.

There are actually 8 West Virginia Tesla Supercharger locations. Although Tesla seems to this there are 2 different State of West Virginia if you look at their list: https://www.tesla.com/findus/list/su...nited%20States

That one is 1.5 miles from my shop and ~ 10 miles from my house. Useless to me on a road trip. I may have actually posted pics in the model 3 thread of them installing it.

It is however 1 mile off 81, didn't t see any cars there for a while but see some there now. Midweek midday unfortunately they usually mostly iced, don't think maliciously just parking is weird there.

We have one local supercharger, in West Lebanon NH right near the 89/91 interchange. That’s the major route from Boston to Montreal and this SC was sighted specifically to make that journey possible.

I rarely see any cars at it but it gets some use on the weekends.

I’ve started to see more Model 3’s locally so it’s possible that locals will up its use a bit.

As EV ownership growths, we will start shifting the anxiety of wanting a charger on every corner and understand they are only needed for long trips. It is so ingrained into us to see and use gas stations as they are everywhere. Some intersections have 2 or more! But for ICE, it's the only way to fill up. Now every home becomes a fuel station and charging times become nearly irrelevant. With EVs you do other needed tasks while charging like sleeping, eating, working. So in practice, the time I need to charge my car is the 20 seconds to plug in and 20 seconds to unplug. No more waiting 5 mins in -20 F weather at those dumb pumps that dont have the mechanical holder. Is that a local fire safety rule?
