Which oil do you recommend, car has about 175k, probably never has been changed the tranny oil. Recently changed all the shifter bushings from dieselgeek and want to finish the job.

I have read that most of the people uses oem one. Has anyone had good experience with motul or motul gear 300?

I used Lucas but don’t remember the exact numbers for it. Haven’t had any issues yet and it’s been 15,000 miles or so.

I'm doing the same to my 20th this month, Diesel geek bushing kit and was thinking of going with Redline for the gear oil. Still undecided on the short shifter kit to use, that diesel geek one looks nice but it's too pricey.

I've used the forge one back when I had my 20th. If I buy again a short shift it will be either HPA or Dieselgeek.
