Does anyone know of decent floor mats for the mk1 that isn’t just a generic mat. My original ones are falling apart and I’d like to get some new ones.

I like TMI products but I would NOT recommend their floor mats. They do not fit or last.

I love my Lloyd mats. So worth the money.

Even if you just get a front set. Id give them about a 87% score for fitment. Really really good.
If you look on the G666 thread. Can see how well they fit in my jetta.

Costco sells a universal "cut to fit" mats made by Weather Tech. I have them and they work perfectly fine for daily use.

no worries on mud. They are designed to just be hosed off. Been using these for years and they wear very well - until they don't. Once they do go south, they will really go south.

That being said, I have at least 2 sets that are almost 20 years old and still look great.

These guys are kinda the first call for Coco mats. They do a GREAT job.

Cool. I need a set. My VW original floor mat has now a big hole where my right heel rests after some 25 years of good service.

I have floor mats from a VW Polo GTI. They fit very well and even have a red GTI stamped on them. They are black Rubber Mats
