Brew1,
Your question was posted a while ago, but I had the same exact issue as yourself, on the same vehicle. You will need a "Pick Set and Hook Set Extra Long O-Ring and Seal Remover" and a can of CRC Heavy Duty Silicone Lubricant. I used an 11 inch hook set from amazon.com for $11.
You will spray a small amount of the silicone lubricant down the exposed shaft of the ripped ignition coil boots, and use the straight hook to separate the burned on ignition coil rubber from the spark plug.
Take a paper towel or microfiber cloth and wipe up any excess silicone lubricant from the spark plug walls.
Then, carefully insert the j-hook down into the spark plug well and get it to pierce/attach itself to the remainder of the torn ignition coil and with some patience, you will be able to wiggle the rubber back and forth and pull the remaining rubber boot off and out. You will hear a loud pop when the boot separates from the spark plug.
Be careful to not damage the spark plug well with the sharp end of the hooks.
To prevent this from happening again in the future, when installing your new set of spark plugs, apply a small amount of di-electric grease to the ceramic jacket on each spark plug during installation.
