      I can adjust the time with pliers but a knob would be much better!

      I'm not sure if this is who Gavin is referring to, but here is a old post about someone making (3D printing) them:

      I ordered the same a couple years ago. Worked out great, I just cut it down a bit so it wouldn't stick out as much.

      Use the ink tube from a ball point pen.
