I bought a RS3 and am parting out my built 2015 Golf R. Car only has 14k miles so most parts are pretty new condition. Pics upon request as most stuff is still in the car. It will be coming apart over the next few weeks. There are some things here that aren't Mk7 specific but this is everything I got so figured I'd post up. Here we go:

IMS 650 Xona Rotor 6564 internal wastegate turbo kit with 3.5" Vbanded downpipe, custom midpipe (was mated to APR catback), and IE open intake with custom intake pipe - $ 3,750
IMS brushless fuel pump with plug and play harness and controller - $ 1,100
Race Developments ported head with +2 mm exhaust valves and IE springs and retainers (no cam included) - $ 1,800
APR stage 3 fueling kit (only includes injectors, fuel rail, fuel line tee, fuel pressure sensor, wiring harness, and manifold tapping tools, does not include fuel line clamps or LPFP components) - $ 600
Garrett 750 HP core custom intercooler with custom lower charge piping (charge piping between turbo and IC was mated to Iroz post compressor charge pipe, this IC setup was used for a record setting stock motor pass of 10.4 in Darlyson's IMS650 Golf R) - $ 600
APR valved catback (1st resonator revision, single wall chrome tips, no actuators) - $ 1,000
      APR exhaust valve remotes - $ 100
      Racingline catch can (2nd revision) - $ 350
      Integrated Engineering catch can - $ 300
Complete MIB2 hardware swap including non-NAV head unit, non-NAV 6.5" display, MIB2 amplifier, and MIB2 USB/aux port and harness (this was a fully functioning setup in my car that originally had Fender MIB1 system with sub but can be configured to work to replace any Mk7 MIB1 system. Also will need to go through some steps to get CarPlay working. There are guys that can do it remotely through VM. That's how I got mine working) - $ 550
      VWR lowering springs - $ 150
OEM A3/S3/RS3 aluminum subframe with Racingline lower engine mounts and custom milled dogbone to fit the aluminum subframe (courtesy of A2B Motorsport) - $ 400
Mk7 OEM Euro dark cherry LED tails with early version harnesses (will need to find install guide from when pin tools were required) - $ 500
      Michelin PS4S 245/40R18 tires (4, brand new) - $ 700
      M&H Race Slicks 8.5/26.0-17 (4, brand new) - $ 850
Nitto 555 DR 245/45R17 tires (4, used ~800 miles with 3 trips to the track, still in great shape) - $ 400
      Enkei RPF1 17x7.5 48 5x112 (4, scuffing inside from tight clearance to brakes) - $ 600
Racingbrake 2-piece front rotors (very lightweight, used less than 200 miles) - $ 700
Racingbrake 2-piece rear rotors (very lightweight, used less than 200 miles) - $ 600
Hawk HPS 5.0 front and rear brake pads (used less than 200 miles) - $ 200

Larger items I would prefer local pickup. I'm in Bergen County, NJ. Shipping is extra. All prices are OBO but please be reasonable. Message me with any questions or for pictures.
