Anyone have any issues pop up with a loud backfire between shifts but only when the engine is cold? No codes or anything. 1.8t is swapped in a MK1 with a k04 hybrid turbo and tt225 injectors.

Mainly just seeing if anyone had anything to check before I borrow a computer and do some VAGCOM logs.

A leak either before or after turbo/maf/map. Bad O2.

What software? If you don't have an AFR, boost and oil pressure gauge. You're doing it wrong.

I'll check for leaks again. I actually think there might be a leak after my maf before the turbo so I'll check that. Reflect Tuning tune. I do monitor AFR and boost, I guess i'll stop being lazy and finally hook up my oil pressure gauge I got the other day.
