      If that’s one of the ones he brought to the U.S. the answer would be a solid “no”.

      For those who don’t know, the guy on the left is Ben Pon, who brought two to the U.S. in 1949 to try to set up a sales network. It failed spectacularly and VW wasn’t back until Max Hoffman brought them over in ‘54 or ‘55. Reportedly Pon had to sell them at a loss to get a boat ticket back to Europe!
